We build the part that makes an agent trustworthy.
Lore builds Lore Pilot, a personal AI that lives on your Mac, learns your life, and runs your day. Underneath it is a context and trust engine, and the engine is the point.
Agents that act on your behalf fail for two reasons. They do not know enough about your world to be useful, and they cannot be trusted with the things that matter. Most tools solve the first problem by uploading your life to a server, and skip the second entirely.
We treat those as one problem. The engine holds a memory of your world where every fact carries the source it came from, so an answer can always be checked rather than believed. On top of that memory sits a gate: every action is classified before it runs, and anything irreversible waits for you to approve it.
What we believe
- An answer without a source is a guess wearing a confident voice.
- Autonomy is not the goal. Delegation you can take back in one gesture is.
- The safest place for someone’s life is the machine they already own.
- If a claim cannot be measured, it does not belong on a marketing page. Our citation faithfulness number comes from an eval we run ourselves, not a figure we borrowed.
